Clear Pricing Upfront

We price by volume, not by the hour. You'll receive a clear quote before any work begins. For larger downsizing or estate jobs, we may suggest a free walk-through.

Minimum Job Charge: $300 (incl. GST)

This covers our truck, trailer, loading labour, travel within central Whangārei, and responsible disposal fees.

Book & Secure Your Spot

Once you accept our quote, we'll send you a $300 booking fee invoice. Pay via card or bank transfer — once received, your appointment is locked in.

The remaining balance is invoiced after the job is complete, with 30-day payment terms.

We Plan the Job

Some jobs are done in one visit. Others — especially downsizing and estates — are staged over multiple days. We'll explain the plan and work at a pace that feels right.

On the Day

We arrive when we say we will. We work respectfully inside your home. You can stay present, step in and out, or hand it over completely — whatever feels comfortable.

We Handle the Details

We sort items for reuse, donation, recycling, and responsible disposal. We do a basic sweep-up once loading is complete.

The Reset

The space is clear. The mental load is lighter. You receive a tax invoice for the remaining balance, and you don't have to think about it again.
