ResetHQ exists because clearing a space is rarely just physical work.
For most people, it happens during moments of change — downsizing, loss, overwhelm, or simply reaching a point where things feel like too much. When that's the case, being rushed, judged, or treated like it's "just rubbish" only adds stress.
We created ResetHQ to do this work differently.

Who we are
ResetHQ is a woman-owned business based in Whangārei, working across Northland.

We're not a franchise and we're not a volume-driven operation. We work hands-on, side by side, doing the jobs many people put off because they feel too big, too emotional, or too hard to start.
Nic
Brings the relationship side — listening carefully, understanding what someone actually needs, and making sure people feel supported from the first conversation through to the final clear-out.
Lian
Brings structure and systems — clear processes, responsible disposal, and making sure the work is done efficiently and properly, without cutting corners.
