ResetHQ

Where Your Items Actually Go

We don't just "get rid of stuff." Every load is sorted to keep usable items circulating in Whangārei and Northland – and waste out of landfill.

When you book ResetHQ, part of what you're paying for is our commitment to sort responsibly. We take the time to separate donations, recycling, and waste so that items find their next home rather than ending up buried.

Here are the local organisations and facilities we work with.

Priority Partners

Community & Emergency Support

We prioritise these services when we find high-quality essential items (furniture, whiteware, baby equipment) because they go directly to whānau in crisis.

Women's Refuge Whangārei

Supports women and children escaping family violence. They often need furniture and household goods to help families start over in safe housing.

Strict privacy & safety protocols applied

Tai Tokerau Emergency Housing

Supports whānau experiencing homelessness across Northland. Donated goods help furnish emergency accommodation and transitional housing.

How we handle these donations

We contact these organisations first to check their current needs. We prioritise dignity — only clean, safe, and fully functional items are offered to families in crisis. We never share photos or locations of refuge deliveries.
